welcome to 14 cathedral close, exeter
You may be in acute distress, you may be seeking help after long deliberation.
My aim is to provide a safe space for you to bring your concerns, dilemmas and confusion, and to offer respectful, non-judgemental attention to your deepest feelings, however seemingly conflicting.
It is this very process of sensitive enquiry that can ease distress and restore a sense of balance and well-being – creative work I am passionate about and fully committed to.
As a Humanistic Psychology Practitioner, I promote safe-and-creative practice. I am an accredited member of UKAHPP and adhere to its Code of Ethical Principles, including regular use of supervision and commitment to on-going personal development and training.
I am registered with UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and I am a Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
